I got a good way to get tires off and it wont wort the tire or the wheel, it WILL ruin the foam though..
Get a 1/2 gallon bucket with lid, half full of acetone...
put the tires in it for 24 hours, let them soak....
then pop 'em off the wheel and wash it all off... You should be good to go!

You can also shove them in the oven.

Here is my method, take a coffee can (metal of course) put the tire in, weigh down the tire, that could be done by squeezing out all the air or some sort of weight, then cover the tire in acetone and let it soak in a well ventilated area (outside) make sure dogs or whatever cant get to it and in about a day or so all the glue will either turn into goop or dissapear and you have a perfectly usable rim and tire but the foam is trash. be careful with the accetone that stuff is nasty. I have tried boiling and left it in at a very high level of boiling for 45 minutes but that harly worked and the tire had to be cut and pulled off, lots of work.

I've tried both baking and acetone. Baking works well, but won't break areas with a lot of glue. If you put a double bead of glue on your wheels/tires, baking is pretty much a waste of time if you are trying to save the tires. Baking will also make the next couple of things you cook in the oven taste like burnt rubber smells.
Acetone works well, but destroys foams. I've never had any problems with it hurting proline tires, but I don't leave them in for any longer than it takes to soften the glue.

Acetone ruins the clay Switches for sure. It may do the same to other tires also.
Put in oven at 375 for 15minutes and break as much of the bead as possible. Use good welding gloves. Reheat if it does not all come off. You can trim excess glue carefully with exacto knife or dremel.

I have used the baking method with great success. To avoid the rubber "spice" being applied to your other baked goods, get a used toaster oven from Goodwill or a garage sale. I picked mine up for $5 but YMMV. You can do your baking outside and not smell up the house or "season" your future meals. It's a solution that is spouse approved!

is there anyway to save the foams?
