Default OS Speed magnesium head

hey guys ill be running a speed vspec soon and am wondering about the head.I have heard it cools very well but does not transfer the heat from the block to the head very well.for you guys that are running them how are they going, having an problems? Would it be worth getting a B-Mods head for it?

How can the head cool but not transfer heat from the block?

Kind of like a pan getting hot but not cooking food.....

its the heat difference. the block will be 300 and the head 220. i am currently running a speed with a standard vspec head. the new aluminum head from os replaces the mag head.

I heard that the Magnesium head does not transfer heat as well as the stock blue one, and therefore runs hotter, but its like a fraction of the weight and some people like that.
