Default keep stripping wheel hexes

i have an lst, mostly stock. love the truck but i keep stripping the wheel hexes out. sometimes i strip out the wheel, sometimes the hex adapter on the truck. i have tried to reform the wheels with epoxy, i have bought new wheels and hexes and i keep stripping them. all the wheel nuts are on tight. what is the best solution for my problem?
thanks

Use blue locktite on the nut. For the most part the only way you're gonna strip the hex is when the wheel comes loose.
