Default Savage .25 or T-Maxx

Should I get a Savage .25 or a original T-Maxx? How much should i pay for each about, if they are all stock and used slightly?

Used prices i'm not sure about, the vehicles I am. T-maxx be very wary and will require to many hopups to make comparable to the savage. The savage is tuff durable and easy to work on if you go with the savage X or up, you would not be disappointed. Just so you don't think i'm biased i'm an ofna guy, who happens to own both traxxas and hpi. my .002

i have to disagree while the savage is very durable and very good the t-maxx has always finnished before the savage in pro races

While if he were to race, which he didnt specify that he was going to do I wouldn't suggest either on a list of 10 they wouldn't make it, also those t-maxxs in the pro races have 1500+ in hop ups, + radio and gear

I have owned a tmaxx in my past before I bought my first savage. From 1 to 10, i would say a tmaxx is a 4, were a savage is like a 8.5. Savage is a great monster truck, a lot of options, and like spacecase25 said vert easy to clean and work on.

I would not pay more then $270 for a used tmaxx, and $350 for a savage. If you see savages going over $300 is has to be all the hop-ups.

my two pennies.

p.s. There is a monster Truck Forum were you may get more response.
