i have had a mugen and it was a nice box, but when i bought a 1/10 gas truck i also got a AE box, a lil while later i went all 1/8 and liked the ae box so much that i just sold the mugen and now only use the AE box...

Mugen box works great. RC Compound had them on a special blow-out a few weeks back for like $75 because he ordered too many. At that price they are a steal ...LOL

The basic function is the same for all boxes. It's the quality of the materials that you are buying. A good box lasts a very long time. I have an old OFNA 1/10 box that is eight years old and outlived two batteries. My newest is a Himoto box I got at a hobby show for $30 but it normally sells for around $60 like Dynamite's and OFNA's. It works but the switch melted once. Had to run all over to find one that fit (an OFNA).
