steering problems

can anyone help me one of my front wheels came loose on my nitrotek hot lava pro i tightened the nut straight away but since then the steering is moving side to side while traveling in a staight line it also looks like the front end of the car is moving up and down.

sounds like your servo saver is a bit loose...
