Default Pull Start Trouble

Hi everyone ive just got my rush evo back form repair and it started first time so i took it out for a run and then it stopped cut out n then i tried starting it again and my pull start unreeled and wouldn't real back so i took it off and then i seen the string was tangled but when i put it back on it did it again so i took it off and then this silver stuff unreeled out of the pull start and now i really dont know how to fix it! Thanks

had that happen to me last week at the lake, hours from any hobby store. my force .32 pull can be dissassembled and re wound but if your recoil spring is out(the silver thing) just buy a new pull start or get a shaft start( i reccommend them). hope that helps

ebay has pull starts for the t-15 all over the place. just search hpi rush.

you dont need a new pull start.. i put the recoil back in the pull start.... i had this happen to me before..

yes it can be rewound, but the headache of doing it is worth just buying a new one. you will need a needle nose pliers to do it and alot of patience
