By the way, Cam mentioned the wrong e-mail address. He is cam@casterracingusa.com or cameron@casterracingusa.com.

Teamcasterracing.com is dead. It was embarrassing anyways. My daughter's myspace page was set up better.

My engine keeps moving from it's place and i lose my gear mesh risking ruining the gears.
I use the pro engine mounts...
The engine moves but the screws are still tight.
Will a one piece engine mount from a mugen or the 3 piece mount made for it, fix this?

Yes a 1 piece or 3 piece mount will definately help since it will have a larger surface area to clam down on.

Check with casterracingusa for the 3 piece mount.
You could also use mounts for the Mugen MBX5 and ive seen guys use OFNA mounts too.

The caster one is alot cheaper than the mugen ones. Mugens and kingz heads are over 50 I think and the caster one is in the 30's Here ya go.

Well ran my buggy today at the local race and did pretty good. No problems at all from the buggy itself, very solid. In the second qualifier I was leading with less than 45 seconds left and the glow plug took a dump on me, completely burnt up. In the B-main I led the whole main till AGAIN under 45 seconds left and out of fuel???? less than 7 minutes on the second tank and it sucked it dry, refueled and second place got 2 turns in front of me with 1 lap left and I caught up less than a turn behind him but too late. NO A-MAIN Besides that the buggy ran awesome. Ran consistent laps all day and with very little crashes and of course beat up on some mugens and jammins!

tell the truth, you guys are losing races on purpose for some unknown reason....are you planning on some big event surprise or something, like winning the rc pro series?

Actually Cam was in the B main at the international offroad rcproseries finals and was posting faster lap times on a blown out track than the A main guys were on a reworked track. He just had a turnbuckle come off a couple times due to the fact he was running a pretty old car... So, think what you want. There isn't a ton of guys racing the car yet. But, it is quick. I just won my race today with mine.

Nice job (Ben?)... never mind hakmazster... he's a Caster guy too, he's just being sarcastic.

How's the track layout at the plex this year? More technical than last summer?

I'm not really being sarcastic..ok, that is impossible to a certain extent, but....I have heard "I was doing great until"

...glow plug failure
...different manufacturer clutch spring broke
...spun a bearing
...was using another company part that failed
...ran out of fuel
...blew up my motor
...forgot to locktite a screw
...forgot to tighten wheel hub
...body fell/falling off

Just saying it is never the Caster products fault and it would appear that there are great team members with a great product just not putting it together yet. It will be awesome when everyone starts running at 100%. I just figured that there might be a reason behind it and was hoping that someone would accidentally spill the beans. Maybe everyone is waiting on the big bores? They are ready to ship from the manufacturing facilities........I found out this afternoon.

That is what really happened to me (glow plug and running out of fuel). If a Caster part failed or car broke I'm not afraid to say it. Hell, I broke 2 arms on my K8T in the last couple weeks but it was not during a race and it was due to soft hinge pins according to cam because I did not hit a single thing. They are a great product and are holding up WAY better than I expected them too when I first recieved them and heard about them.
