i think the teamcasterracing.com website is having a couple of issues, try calling 515-432-3715 and talk to cameron, he should be able to help you out.

I know some of the things in the pipeline Cam does a great job with that, I probably wont go to Waterloo for awhile, The exhaust hangover kinda sucks, but you never know. Things change in my world rather quickly. I want to know what the shirt tail racers comment meant? If it were not for Cam I know that I would not be running the Caster, and I know of alot of other people who wouldnt be either. So I dont know what the issue is but I think that he has done a great job so far.

Thanks Nate

There are only a handful of kits around. I know one LHS that has one, and there may be a couple left still at www.teamcasterracing.com

The new kits should be available next week. It will be easier to find them pretty soon. I'll leave it at that.

Default Caster Vs Mugen

I bought a K8-T last season for a basher because it was cheap. I had never heard of Caster before and bought it thinking it was just a cheap Mugen knock off.

After running a few laps with it, I was kind of shocked. It is very quick and handles great. It handles great, but who knows what the long term reliability is, right? Well, I started running it in a few races mid season and not only did it hold up better than most of the more expensive brands, I actually won two races with it.

I am quite impressed with the over all design and the duability of the Caster. Btw, I do own a MBX-5R and an MBX-5T and can not justify the cost difference to myself when I see the Caster as being a seriously comparable car.

Hopefully they will get the press that they deserve. I am tired of trying to explain to people who Caster is and after a while I usually just give up and tell them it is "a cheap Mugen knockoff", lol.

well thats good to hear dude! im glad you like it! hopefully this will be the year that caster gets the recognition they deserve! but you know how it is, its human nature to be brand loyal i think, LOL! so there are gonna be stubborn people that deny the car whether its doing good or not...

but for the people who are fortunate to be running one, lets give it hell this year to show what they can do! theres nothing more amusing than to see a crowd of "x-brand only" die hard people crowded around someones pit area asking what that is!

Ed, If there wasnt a problem with the car, then why were you choosing to leave?

well, i think it goes deeper than what we see here on this thread... but i will say from the outside looking in, it doesnt look too great, maybe it shouldve been done behind closed doors, so to speak. gives people too much to talk about, LOL! i agree with you though hakmazter, its not the best way to represent a company, but tempers flare from time to time and shit happens, we're all human. im sure he didnt mean anything by it...

but hopefully all this can be put behind everyone and this thread continue on as it was, about Caster Racing and the ass-kickings its gonna be giving soon!
