what does truggy mean?

it means buggy + truck.

they basicly put a truck body and bigger truck wheels on a 1/8 buggy. truggys are usually bigger is size too.

Truggy Def. 1: Truck like vehicle derived from a buggy.

Truggy Def. 1: Truck with flat chassis and differentials on top of the chassis with center diff and engine bolted directly to the chassis plate.

its just names for all the slightly different types of RC off roaders. i just call them trucks, buggies or monster trucks. anything in between is classed by what it looks most like.
