All I had to put on was the kyosho big bore shock standoff's.

http://www.carolinasrc.com/Webstore/...idproduct=4952

then use the buggy big bore shocks. No mod'ing needed.

Thats depends on the track you use. If you have jumps then lime green hards. Extreme long jumps, extra hard. It hard to tell since it K shocks being used on a Mugen. I only know on my Kcar at my track (technical, tight track with jumps) its lime greens.

I am running the Lt green springs all around. I have a set of the blue for the front, but for now the Lt green seem to be great in all areas.

I thought the same thing. I got MBX5r springs only to find out they are the same. Now I got 2 pairs for grey shorts. I guess you don't a LHS that stocks Mugen parts? I got mine locally for the same prices as Carolinas and Amain. Mugen is popular here in SoFla.

Seems to be the same for the Kcars. They have more springs to chose from now though. I believe 4-5 different springs rates now, so call around. The onlines stores aren't showing all the springs yet.

Nope, I'm sending them over to my friends with X1CR stock shocks. Actually, quite a few other buggy guys will use the Mugen grey springs.
