I was wondering if any of these tires are any good? And witch compound is the softest? (WD, BKD,WS)
Has any one tried them?
And they are only $23 shipped for 4 mounted tires!

These look like CF knockoffs. [-X

I went with OS for my engines in 1/8th. I got the vspec for my 5R and the XZ .28 for the 5T Prospec. I used to run nova based engines, and I wanted to try out OS big blocks. I love the CV-R I run in gas truck, so why not try em. I got the JP-3 for the v-spec as thats what most reccomend on the grid. Ill be breaking the vspec in this weekend, and hopefully will have the 5T built to break in the XZ! Cant wait!

It looks nicer than stock, but how do you keep the brakes from binding when at full throttle.

It doesnt bind at all.The ball link wire slides through the plastic section on the servo horn.I use springs instead of fuel tubing, the brakes are much smooooother this way.I also have very little play between the calipers. The use of cap screws without the threaded section on the calipers is even better. With this system its less clutter and the fuel pipes are safe! Its really worth the effort.

What did you do about the body? With that linkage setup you linkage hits the body everytime you go full throttle.

Yes it does rub against the body but very little.Ijust stuck a small piece of 3M bike face on the body, but its not really a problem.Nothing more than standard setup.

Great I like very a fast throttle used to run airtronics 94758 0.6s @6v This servo is as fast although it has the same spec as a 9451. The standard servos dont last, their motors is the problem.Futaba says BLS451 last 5x longer.I also run lipo's with my own regulator 2x 10A diodes in series with the batt. cheap and works better than any of the "high tech" stuff!!!
