Lastnight I broke one as well. I was very surprised but we do have some big jumps. Mine broke the left rear and was right in half. basically right at the end of the shock shaft. first broken part on the car so far, and this was landing hard on the top part of the jump with rear tires only. (didnt quite make the jump)

do any of you have the part number for the shock ends for the 5R? I looked in the manual and found 2 different numbers. the first was C0587A, that one didnt look like what I had. the second number I found had an a and b E0814. When looking at online places it says that if for the 5t linkage. anyways any help would be great. thanks

I bought this car from a guy. It was brand new never ran only built. So I am not 100% sure if he put different ones on or not. The reason i wasnt sure if those were it is mine on the rear are angled. like the E0814 so the one you posted is the one that is suppose to be stock on the 5R? thanks for the info as well, Im not questioning whether your right or not just wondering why my car has different ones on it

Your servo arm may be a little short, causing the linkages to sit at the incorrect angle.

My servo arm is about 44mm... is this too short? from the screw for the throtte towards the screw for the brake linkage is around 38mm, could anyone give me some advise? Many thanks.

I just measured mine and it's about the same. How far does the throttle have to travel before it contacts? Mine just barely touches only at 100% throttle which I never reach as I have my EPA set with a little bit of slack built into the linkage.
