I am not a mugen Guy anymore. I have had several problems with these novak recievers.. especially the synth.. I since have switched to the JR 300 and 310 recievers.. just wrap in a balloon if exposed..or if you might want a little extra protection..

I do know that the synth recievers tend to be a bit more sensitive to dirt and dust as the adjustment holes in the case..

Just my exp.. and 2 cents. : )

I have to agree with the mugen arms being too stiff. Broke three arms today. 2 front lower right arms and 1 front upper right arm in two seperate accidents. I'm going to boil the next lot and see if it helps.

Video from final

The final was very VERY good, Robert had a bad start and was last after 4mins, giving Matias the early lead, he pushed to 10-15mins and then Borja challenged him. Boero was also in the mix at this point. As time went by Matias dropped a little, and Borja was now leading; at about 20mins Savoya was snapping at his car. A mini battle ensued until Savoya got a small gap, by this time we noticed Robert was pushing like crazy and going FAST. he was maybe 5sec back from Savoya in 3rd and with both on different pit times, it would be an interesting last 20mins. At one point Robert was so close, it looked like Savoya was slow, but both were totally ragged but hanging on!! Amazing....After a while Robert got past and started charging, maybe he knew that Savoya could win in the pits, but nonetheless Savoya was not able to catch up to Batlle's relentless pace and speed. A fantastic victory for Robert, who really deserved it after his TQ, and unique display in the final. Please note the organisation did a great job, but turning off the internet at the track for the final for everyone bar a french site and the video was not great...

Semi B - SArtel, VEga, Rabitti, Quagraine, j. aigoin, R. Savoya Go thru

Morning everyone!!! Weather looks real nice this morning and should continue. We are told that everything up to the 1/256 finals has been run yesterday so that means they are 4 finals behind schedule which considering the rain yesterday is pretty good.
We're not really sure about the net connection @ the track, but will move heaven and earth to get at it....in the mean time, maybe the club will upload some results here but you never know...
Pics from yesterday

Default Using TTRS3 option discs?

The TTRS3 option discs are much thicker then the standard brakes on the mugen, so when using them should I just remove the discbrake guides or modify them so the thicker discs will fit in them?

Best Regards

question: too much droop (allen screws turned in too far on the a arms) cause lowwer shock mounts to break on a track that has alot of big jumps?

when your limiting down travel you lessen the chance the shocks will over extend and pull the ends off the shafts.
