the speed is crazy fast. its really near the same as the stock vspec with a bit more bottom and smoother power band.

was at the indiana state championships this past weekend and my buggy has never been better. went to a different clutch setup...2 carbon 1 alum with 1.0 springs. mugen grey springs (the best thing i have done), and 120mm shock length in the rear. car was awesome.

Kforce, when you use the mugen grey springs do you also use the spring perch from mugen? The DT-19's shock bore is bigger than mbx's so was wondering how did you do it. I am running Xrays dark blue springs to stiffen the damping a bit.

120mm meaning the total length from top to bottom of the damper?

i was running the xray blues. they are a bit to stiff and cause a slight push. you will be much happier with the mugen greys. they are a medium spring.

120mm from the center of the shock mount bolts. middle of top nut to middle of bottom screw.

o and i used xray spring retainers. same size. i also changed the shock ends to xray not really necessary they just fit around the bottom retainers a bit tighter.

i talked to the team manager today and there are new springs made by ocm on the way. not sure on an exact date though.

satoch, Billy is still running the buggy best of my knowledge. The only change is were the parts will be imported to/ distributed from in the states. The OCM Team is the same. Parts availibility should increase tremendously in by next week.
