Well, after I drag raced the Novarossi 528XSP in my Hellfire against a friend running a P7R, and we were pretty much tied until I ran out of RPM's and then he pulled on me (after 150')... and when I ran out of fuel he still had 1/4 tank left... I decided to buy a real race engine...

So... I came home with the new, supposed fastest engine out there, Werks Team Line 21 B7 Pro... and a Werks 2013 pipe/header set... What do you all think? Will I take the P7R in a drag this time around? BTW, I'm drag racing because there's still no dirt to drive on... and our track is still under snow

Of course you have to invite my O.S. V-Spec to this drag race

Nope, if I lose, then I'll have to go buy another more powerful engine... and the Werks already cost me an arm and a leg!

(Just kidding Dan... of course I'll tell you where the race is so you can be there!)

Bring it!

Are you working an angle to get a Werks sponsorship?

I've got a couple of tanks through the B7 now. I have to heat the block before trying to turn it over as it's a very tight engine. So far, so good!

I just completed the build on a Hellfire SS as well (see pic). I couldnt pass up that $240.00 deal at tower hobbies. I hope to start break-in on the engine tomorrow (.21 VSPEC w/ Jammin JP3 pipe). Please continue to update with any issues you have.

Yeah, LOL! You really can't lose for that kinda money! Hahaha!

I still don't have a track to run on yet... but it's coming... The snow has melted off and we've got dirt being hauled in now, so it's a start.

Nice paint job, by the way! Did ya throw in a high torque steering servo?

Thanks. I put in a 142 oz. JR that i had. I figured that would be enough, but based on what you found i'm not so sure anymore. We started racing here (Georgia) about a month ago. So far Truggy has been the biggest class so i had to get one and join in on the fun. Honestly i was about to buy a Losi EightT when i found the deal on the Hellfire. I agree for $230.00 its kinda hard to go wrong. I'll give it a shot this season and see. I'll also update you with any problems I encounter.

Yup, please post your comments here! Maybe we'll get something started and a few more guys will post issues/fixes that they've found.
