My stock TR has really bad tire/whl wobble. Are you guys shimming between the whl and bearing or anything. If so, what are you using and where do you get it. tia

Yes, that part will fit both the buggy and truggy.

Thumbs up

Hello everybody, I have had my tr for a few months tweaking it up getting ready for the season up here in Pa. I have done a few mods to it but I eally dont have that much wheeltime on it yet. Weather has been killing me but it looks like it is breaking finally. I have 1 question off the top of my head what is everybody or anybody replacing the steering servo turnbuckle with? That is the only potentially weak link I have found and dont see a factory upgrade, I really dont like the fact that you have to remove it to adjust it.

As I was driving home from work tonight I had to battle yet another snow fall. Are you kidding, I know I am in WI but even in April. I am ready to pack-up my electric gear and breath in the sweet smell of some Byron Fuel. It looks like we'll be running pink lemonade this year.

I think there were some solutions posted a couple of pages earlier.

I dont remember seeing anybody say what they upgraded the steering servo buckle with. I mean the one that goes from the steering servo to the upper bellcrank.

I use the Mugen MBX5T prospec titanium steering rod. It is a little longer than the stock Cen one but works fine if you thread the rod ends a little further than you would with the stock CEN one.

I have also used the Kyosho one. It is better than the stock Cen but not as good as the titanium mugen one - but it is a bit cheaper!

Thanks fellas I got a lunsford 3 by 42mm 1 ordered. Which will fit in the stock ends and is really close to stock length. I am glad that is over that has been bothering me for a while. I like my stuff to be as close to bulletproof as I can get it. That was the only complaint about my truggy. So that is good, usually I have afew more things that need my attention. I mean I got Genes ackerman plate, An extra set of front lower and upper arms front knuckles and carriers, rear hubs, and all the wheel bearings. To be on the safe side at the track of course. Another question, Where do you get a shock rebuild kit? I cant find them anywhere.

I'm sorry that I misunderstood you. I am actually running one off of a losi. I twisted my stock one up like a pretzel.

I am not positive, but think you can order the shock o-rings and shock parts on the Cen direct site.

It is okay, I have a new set of bladders already. Besides the pistons and bladders there is only the o-rings correct? I cant remember.
