What will the upgrade kit cost, and when/where can you buy it?

Comin up to next season is:

A new engine. Jammin JPX.28, Ninja MR .21 or V-spec.

Yes the truggy is fantastic, isn't it? ^^

Anyway, which bodies fits on the TR? I've tested the crowdpleazer for mbx5-T, but it was a little too long in the front... What about the one for Xray XT8/777 ST-R?

Get the Jconcepts MBX5-T... you will be able to put the rear body mounts in the lower holes on the shock tower. This will make the the body sit low from front to back... for a bad azz look.

The snow is gone here so today I went to the local track to test the new matrix... With bad results

1.The steering was very bad and it was hard to get the truck into the corners.
2.The truck leant backwards very much in the jumps... You gotta brake very hard to get a proper landing.

So... how do I gonna fix these problems?

Default Question

Hello Guys,

Just want to ask if anyone has ever use the OS .28XZ Truggy Engine for CEN Matrix TR? I have now an GO .28 Engine and wanting to get another engine. Any input would be appreciated. Some say that the OS 28 would have "too much" power and would just spin the wheels, and be useless. What do you guys think? also with this engine, i would think that the OS 2060SC tuned pipe would be best.

Thanks,
Jojo

Picked up a new engine/pipe yesterday.. OS V-spec with a Thunder Tiger efra 2035. No chassis braces on the pic, I have the buggy's braces + carbon upper plate on the way home

Default Question

Hello Guys,

Another question, I have been looking into CEN Website for the upgrade/hopups for the Matrix TR. I have only read 24 pages of this thread and would like to ask. What are the parts / parts number for the upgrade of Matrix TR? I'm planning to remove the braces as I feel they are way too heavy for the truck. Would the Braces (front/back) of the buggy fit the TR?

Many thanks,
Jojo
