There is a slight difference with the buggy braces. The car has more flex which makes it perform better in bumpy sections. Overall, the car feels more aggressive.

If you put the buggy's dirt guards on the arena, do they stick out from the body? That would be ugly.. Someone who has dirt guards on the truggy?

Nice TR!

The buggy mud guards are too wide on the TR, they will stick out. Try the mud guards from the Hyper ST.

I have the Cen Matrix buggy guards on my TR Arena FRE. They don't stick out too far and my J-Concepts body fits nicely over the truggy.

What is most important do you think? CNC Options or a nice engine (OS Vspec, .28XZ, RB RT28 etc) ? What do I need most do you think?

Get you a ENGINE.. the only CNC options you should get for the truggy is the steering knuckles and rear plate (3t2s). The upper bellcrank would to nice also, but the new reinforce plastic upper bellcranks are solid

After trying everything here an there... I only use the steering knuckles and upper bellcrank on my BCE Matrix TR. I run all the plastic holders and plates, but I do use the cnc rear toe plates as a set-up option.

I finished every qaulifier and main this race season with my truggy, so the parts are solid. Just take your time, an pay attenion to the little things. If your engine is running right your always in the race

Default truggy

I want to get a Truggy and I was going to wait for the D8 truggy because I have had good luck with the buggy, but I dont want to wait. If I have to wait this looks like it is worth waiting for. Do you think they will make a Truggy version of the new CEN buggy spotted at the Worlds.

The Jammin JPX .28 looks promising, think I will get it, or the LRP Z.28R.

There will definitely be a truggy version of the buggy. I know that the buggy will be awesome! I was pitting for a CEN guy a while ago, and the buggy looked great. It's also one of the lightest around...7lbs RTR. I think the buggy will be released at, or around Christmas time, and the truggy will be after that. There's a lot of work for the truggy, depending on how much they will change from the first generation.
I pretty anxious about the new car though..everything is super light, strong, and low rotating mass. The new diffs are the diameter of a quarter, and super light driveshafts. It's pretty exciting. Did I mention that the buggy will have a competitive cost with the D8? Who wants to pay for a $800 buggy kit? That's insane!

Don't worry, there will be an upgrade kit. That's how I'm going to update my cars.
If you don't want all the new stuff, like me, you can probably buy the parts separate..diffs, new plastics, driveshafts, etc.
I won't be buying anything for a while though..This hobby is too expensive for me.
