Good call on starting a new 8ight thread. LHS owner said that mine should be here tomorrow.........I feel like a 5 year old kid at Christmas, I've never been so giddy before about an RC Car, haha.

going to be helping my nephew put his together. Does the 8ight come with titanium turnbuckles? how many sets of springs and sway bars does it come with? Thanks....

SupermaxxRich 09-21-2006 08:44 AM

also anyone know what brand diff oil Adam and Travis use on there 8ight's? want to make sure my nephew gets started on the right track  Thanks again....

Its pretty safe to say the Dirt setup will be about the best setup for most 1/8 tracks.

If I had to venture a guess, I'd say they use Losi shock oil.

losi has their own diff oil. I think 7 ,5 and 2 is what is recommended

rcjunky 09-21-2006 11:03 AM

I know in his Jammin Adam ran OFNA and Mugen but Losi is comming out with diff oils so I don't know if they are available to the team yet.

jake alton 09-21-2006 11:24 AM

The kit comes with recommended diff oil already No need to get any right away. Comes with 7000 5000 and 2000 assuming its Losi oil of corse.
