It will change but not much. And it shouldn't affect ride height. The losi buggy is sensitive to ride height changes, so keep track of that and you should be fine. I'd be worried about the extra weight making the rear loose. I haven't used them, so I also am not exactly sure.

how often do you guys change bearings and which ones? my el-8ight is getting kinda squeaky with a 2.5hp electric motor in it. i checked the diffs and the still hold up, so i think its a bearing problem.

Avid bearings are my #1.....or Protec....or Boca even has a Buck a bearing deal for most sizes...and ill change out my bearings halfway through the season...sometimes sooner if something feels notchy or sqweeky....and at a 1$ a peice its a good idea.

this will fix the all the premature wear on the cvd's and bearings. I have been running them for some time.

They should be out by xmas. you can pre order them from Trinity. They are made out of harder steel as well. the only thing that will wear out i the bone itself and the pin that holds the bone in to place.

Will they only be standard length or the 2mm longer ones? I have the extended ones on my car.
Now we need a fix for the center diff case wear.

working on rear coupler that is 3mm longer so the bone sits deeper in the center diff outdrive. and we have this....
TRI43104 Losi rear hardened hinge pins - new rear hinge pins that are stronger than stock hinge pins. Last 10 times longer than stock pieces. Consumers will be able to purchase these in shops for around 13 dollars
