Anyone doing maintenance on hub bearings or just replacing them when they are wore out? I check them often and they last for a very long time. I've replaced one hub bearing so far--over 10 gallons on the car.

Well, since I race, I replace a bearing the moment it feels gritty AND about every gallon. (If im using cheap $1 bearings, the Boca Green Seals last FAR longer) I feel since I have the vehicle apart already I might as well maintain the whole vehicle, since Id rather lose a race because of my driving ability rather than my maintenance abilities.

+1 on the Bocca .99 stuff I use them exclusive in any hole that needs a bearing and replace them after every weekend. it is worth the $12.00 to know that I have a very low probability of failure.

You should try the green seals. They last so darned long...I have a set on my AD2 that is over a season old, still very smooth and freewheeling.

Yes its my car. Thanks. Trinity drake 21 new losi long wear clutch shoes with 4 silver springs. It is definantly a rocket.

Hi guys,

I know the carburetor issues were discussed before, I just wonder if it applies to a new Trinity Platinum .21 Drake engine or if I should try something else?

It is getting stuck about a quarter travel as son as the engine gets warm.

Never really heard a solution. But it wasn't a problem related to the car. I had this happening to me and it has gone away. I didn't do anything to try to fix it because it was intermittent. So I just always check my setup between rounds and the prob went away. Wish I knew. It's operator error IMO.

Mr. Peck, what are these new losi long wear shoes? Are they the 7075 alum shoes or something else? Thanx. By the way, that is some massive air for an indoor track. That was awesome.
