Cheap servos will burn their boards and motors if they are left under load.
Still, put a good coreless servo in when you get the opportunity.
My 9451 Futaba has ben flawless racing 2 nights a week.

Tex- Yeah, Im gonna go ahead and get me a Futaba 9451 and I got some AVID bearings, the ones I needed the most were on order, the 8x14x4 ones, must be popular and they are definitely cheap but great in quality. Thanks for everything.

Yeah, the ace servos are kind of round on each end. They are not straight across on the ends. I didn't think I was going to get the 1015 in place for the steering with out the Dremel. It finally went though.

Vroom.... Go to Amainhobbies.com, part#HAN3570 for throttle
HAN3531 for steering

I got my Losi back in Jan. put these on day one. On the throttle servo use the 4th hole(longest) drill it out just like the stock servo horn. Then use the 1st hole(shortest) drill it out just like the stock horn. You will have no servo issues, no sticky carburators. This gives better Geometry for the servo arm at full throttle. I have ran 3 diferent types of engines about 8 gallons of fuel not one servo issue...... I have done this to about 5 different friends cars and they have all been pleased. The morons that did not try it have lost servos and have had carbs stick......I will try to put up some pictures tonight.

Dan Reino- Please post pics as I have never drilled holes in my servo arm.

Those tires on the 8ight-T are off the hook. Gotta go check out JConcepts see what they got for buggy tires. Has anybody tried the ones on that truggy?

Ok, so at that angle it really works without tension? I just never seen anybody do that yet. Maybe thats how its suppose to be done, I havent done it like that, anyone else?

Oh, and I noticed that you have 2 trays, 1CF and 1aluminum, Do you think it feels too stiff? Or is it feel the same?

I've got mine at an angle just like that. I also have a v-spec, but I don't think it makes a difference
