Well I did a 3 day race weekend with the new clutch and all is good. There must have been something wrong with the other bell or something. I am really liking the clutch now.

Every 1 to 1 1/2 gallons is about what I do. Also a good time to check your sun and planetary gears for wear and replace if needed.

And you would replace the gears when there is noticeable slop?

Hi guys has anyone done the losi 2.0 servo tray into losi 1 .I need some help on a couple of things :- 1/ i have noticed that my ace servo sits in so low it hits the chassie or almost hits it but that is without the spacer blocks ,2/that the sevo horn hits the bodyshell also without spacer blocks . i am using the original losi 8ight shell so not sure if the 2.0 maybe sits abit higher . /3 if i use the dx3s rpm sensor in the same place as the 8ight 2.0 rtr it is very close to the diff .Any help or advice would be a big help cheers

Replace the gears when the teeth start to look thin and sharp.

I use needle nose pliers and I grab it on each side and it comes right out.

measure the shoe's like this after you clean up the edges and if it's below 23.4mm the shoe's are done.

Bevel gear should slide out very easily. If it doesn't you have a problem.
