if anyone is interested I have 5 ready in a tumbled finish (non-anodized) and I should have another 5 anodized by the end of the week.
price is $40 shipped with an extra set of risers.
email me at ssxxcr@yahoo.com if interested
Where were you last season when I needed this The bosses on the bottom are a GREAT idea. And that's a good price too. I think the Losi one runs around 50 bucks without the extra risers.

2x2 twill 4.4mm thick, or plain weave. I'll more than likely do the 2x2, it's supposed to be stronger

They work perfect on the 1.0 2.0 and 8T. For what you get with his motor mounts, you cant beat it. I have all my motors ready to rock. Just pop one out and another in within 5 mins...A+++ for these mounts

I just got the 8ight RTR with the mach 427 engine/jp-3 pipe with servos (airtronics 94357 for throttle, futaba s9351 for steering) and im going to race it. Is there anything you would suggest as far as wear/upgrades? I wont race it right away, but im pretty broke to buy a $300 engine. This wont be for harcore racing, just every few weeks I would want to go out to my local track, Thunder Alley, and practice or race. Thanks!!

just go run it. If something breaks, replace it with the race roller equivelant.

It will be fine to learn on.

Chris_RC: I agree with Mike. The mach 427 is a good motor for the money and is pretty easy to learn to tune on. Plus you don't have to worry about blowing up a really expensive motor.
