Default pins

there is, they look the same, but arent black. I had one come bent out of the package. What we have been doin around me is using mugen rear outer hinge pins. They dont bend. for the eight, you just need to add a couple washers, for the eight t they fit perfect.

Where do you put the washers? And what is the part # on the Mugen pins?

without a doubt, get the KN 7075 shoes...my last set had 3 gallons on them when I swapped them out - I did deburr then at about 1.5 gallons...I likely could get another 1/2 - 3/4 gallon out of them if need be...

The M2C clutch shoes work great too. Ive got a little over 2 gallons on mine so far and still got lots of life left in them.

You will need longer screws - I could NOT use the KH stiffener with my JR 9000 servos...they would not fit

Man you have to get some video of that thing running! It looks great. You do not run a RX pack to help the speedo out? It is my understanding that it helps cooling if you bypass the BEC in the speedo.
Great install!
I'm with Carl. I want one too.

The KH clutch shoes do work very well. I'm still finding that magic setup but I love the way they wear. I'm doing gold/green springs with two carbon and two 7075 this week.
I'll let you guys know how it works.

The stock Losi clutch is 4 shoe and it has been great to me so far. But I am getting the secret setup from Carl on a 3 shoe clutch. Cant wait til I get it so I can try it.

I just got the same motor. Unfortunately I had two runaways in the same day and wasted the piston and sleeve. I can not find a replacement set anywhere. The part number listed in my instruction manual is now a three port piston and sleeve. Do you have any idea where to find the replacement 6port piston and sleeve? Thanx in advance.
