cool thanks. Can you guys tell me the diff between M2 and M3 compounds from proline? and do you need to modify the tires to fit the losi rims.

m3 is softer, I have never ran m3's in 1/8th scale. for the main reason that they wont last near as long. I suppose if I was at a big race that was very important and that was the ticket I would but 99% of the time I think you would be fine with m2. I would imagine you can just glue them up like normal on the losi wheels, I dont have a losi but all are the same or very very close.

I've glued ALOT of tires over the years & I think the Prolines actually fit better on the Losi rims than on Proline rims(or Kyosho, Mugen, Offna). Just an FYI.

FYI for those needing them - A Main has/had clutch pins in stock as of yesterday. And aluminum and carbon shoes.

My Inlaws are comming up this weekend, So I get screwed out of racing on sunday! I've owned my car for a bit over 2 months and have only raced it 2 weekends so far! I'm lucky it's working as well as it is without any track time.

don't worry, I just checked the weather and they're calling for a 60% chance of thunderstorms on sunday anyway.

I should call and warn them, It's better they stay in Kansas City, you know the chances of an accident are almost trippled when it's raining!

I've had better luck with the A-main bearings than the Losi one's anyway. Just get the 10 pack for 10 bucks.

Ive had the best luck with Boca Bearing Green Seal bearings. Goes for about $90 for the Losi set. They last forever it seems. Ive only had one get gritty on me, the others that I eventually toss out are because it finally wore down to be a little sloppy.

Kit: #57-165-GS

$86.95

Ive been using these bearings since I started in RC 2 years ago, and just love them. Personally they are worth every $, as I dont need to worry when or if they are going to fall apart. I dont even try to take care of mine. However, I am obsessive compulsive about cleaning my vehicles.
