Shock towers are alum. Drake has been doing great with the composite chassis braces. If it's good for him, I wouldn't be worried about it. Looks like a real strong kit to me.

Lets see some build pics as you guys get them together!!


How is Losi Parts House as far as speed of service? At 529, its a hell of a deal.

My sons 8ight went together great yesterday.
The kit comes with 3 front and 3 rear sway bars, 2 different ackerman bars, a set of green and silver springs front and rear, and 3 different sets of clutch springs (silver,gold, and black) for clutch tuning.

Oh and I forgot the kit also comes with a complete set of 54,55,and 56 pistons.

Is Losi parts house even selling the kit? I couldn't find it on their site, just parts. Could somebody post a link?

I think they have one or two kits left on their first preorder batch - or they did a few days ago. They will be getting in more really soon. Call them, they will give you a the lowdown.
