I am running the Long ackerman now. The short ack. made the car very twitchy on the short tracks. (indoor)
Like I said it was very on edge (twitchy) So I dont think the short arm would help.

Like I said up above. I don't think the tires were right and plus I was running a 5K, 6K?,2K diff. I was thinking to go with the 5K,7K,2 diff setup.
I am running the Mike Truhe setup.

Any input?

if the car is feeling twitchy the best thing i have found to do was to go down on the center diff oil. right now im running 453 and it works really well for me.

it will take away some of the agresiveness of the car making it easier to drive.

Talking Kyracer

Kyracer that is what I would do. I ran that diff setup for about 3 weeks
(5/5/2) and man did I like it but it did not fit my local track so I changed it to (3/5/1) and man I am impressed with this diff setup for sure. But I would say go (5/5/2) that would be the way to go. The thinner the diff oil the more traction you are going to get.

I've been using 5-5-2 for a while now, and it works very well for me. I race a a tight technical track, so having strong on-power steering helps alot. It doesn't unload to the front wheels too excessively down the straight section, I'd say about the same as several other buggies of various brands and with drivers.
