I don't believe it, that doesn't seem like a very efficient way to run a business However, who and how many are assembling them once the parts are produced? The could have 10,000 made but only be assembling and shipping 10 a day

Default truggy

I feel in todays market that Company's are constantly looking for that Niche in there particular Market.....
And when they do find an Hot Item.....They usually flood the Market with that Product.....Sell it while you can.....

I dought that Losi is sitting on anything.....

The Trickle them out 10 at a time doesnt cutt it today....
The R.C.Industry is very Fast Paced.....

BTW, I was being sarcastic in my response...

However, I am really curious who is assembling them and how many are being built at a time though. It would be very inefficient to manufacture them in groups less than 100s or 1000s, but the assembly has to take a while doesn't it?

I'm not sure about production time,Im sure it would be pretty fast.......I can take mine apart in about an hour, with a power drill.....I'm sure they would do it quicker....

In production, were you have different people assembling different part's....ie diff's,rear trans front trans......I could be very fast.........

If you had your diffs built and your shock's built, how long would it take you??

A lot of companies release small amounts or stagger the amount into the market place, to make sure that what they are selling works and that the producer is producing the agreed product consistently and then obversely the consumer has to be happy with the purchased product, imagine several thousand being mass produced with a slight fault only to be recalled this would cost any company a great deal of money and in some case could be their undoing...Hey sh1t still goes wrong, or they improve on the design and bring out series 2 and 3 ect...
Why does nitro sting you lips but not your mouth, i now use a straw to overcome that...

Default Recall's

I think they should, butt......
What about all the mechanics at the dealership's......

What would they do with no RECALL'S!!! LOL!!

Maybe the Big Three Automaker's Will try that sometime.....
I still think it's about the almighty Dollar......
Sell, sell, sell........Fixum later !!

I feel that there was plenty of R&D on this one.......Last of the bunch so to speak.

Got it right the first time..........

I bet Horizon has sold over 3,000 8T truggy kits already and will likely sell THOUSANDS more. The Losi 8ight buggy is the hottest car on the market and the truggy should follow.

We'll im sure that they wont be far off the mark......Being the last Big Co. to release has it's advantages........You would know what not to do!!

Anything they build is usually a Cutt Above......I feel that all the BIGGER Co. Are in the hunt....Depend's on Driver Preference!!!
