Anyone try the front bearing seals from tko? I have a leaky bearing in my p5 and saw just the seal for sale.I wonder if it would work.

Mate if your seal is gone then there is a chance you may have got a tiny bit of dust into your motor or at least the front bearing.
I would suggest you just replace the front bearing.
Once a motor is dusted it is usually F^@#&*!
I've just had the same problem with my Plus 21-5T so i stripped it down to check it out.
Luckily the piston and liner are still perfect but the bearing has too much play in it for me.
I will be getting some TKO Bearings this weekend to fix mine.
They are excellent value for money bearings for ceramics.

As part of the deal on my engine, I got some Nova #7 (non-turbo version) plugs thrown in. Are these going to be too cold for run in? Are they a bit too cold for normal running as well?

theres nothing wrong with the odo buttons , you just have to use only one of the aluminum head shims . that is the proper head shimming (novarossi long strokes). i usually use the stock buttons though . no particular reason .
