Final race of the point series!!
A whole lot of fun and some really close racing over the summer!!
Wednesday is the last race of the current point series and quite a few positions still up for grabs.
In Mini, Jim Hungate has it wrapped up with Joe Cook, Moe Barrazza and TQ only seven points apart for second.
USGT has two battles for the last race. The Xray team is up front with Ken McKinney and Nolan Waak separated by seven points and Team Lions/Tamiya drivers Paul Dailey and Curtiss Driver are tied for third.
Trans Am has three groups fighting for position for even more excitement! Bob Roegge and Ken McKinney are separated by one point for the championship with Kerry Burns and Curtiss Driver also separated by one point for third. With all but one of Bobs finishes on the podium, Kenny is going to need finish of first or second to take away the title. Also, there are five points over Bernie Beck, Jim Hungate and Dustin Gochanour for 5th, 6th & 7th.
F1 is the most interesting with four drivers having a chance at the title. Tim Ski with a nine point lead over Jason Hall & Bob Roegge and ten over Mark Z. A win for Jason, Bob or Mark and a non-podium finish for Ski would take the title for each. The spoiler will be Team Lotus driver Ken McKinney who has taken the last two wins to solidify his fifth position in the standings.
Should be a fun night Wednesday, we'll see what happens!
**DATE CHANGE**
On a side note, we are planning a Trans Am Enduro Wednesday, September 26th. I haven't really been talking about it since the start of this series so hopefully we can get some teams together. I'll make the push Wednesday to make sure we can make it happen!!

Trans Am Enduro September 26th!!
Pretty good night of racing last night! Quite a few points positions went down to the last race. The final points listings are up on the website, I'll go through every to make sure I didn't make any mistakes and make it official. I'll have the points payouts next Wednesday for everyone eligible.
Schedule change for our upcoming Trans Am Enduro, it will be pushed back one week to September 26th. Hopefully that will give every one time to get teams together to run.
So that means next Wednesday is a non-points night. Good time to try some new things, get some setup help or get ready for the UF1 race in Lincoln, Sunday September 23rd!
The next Wednesday Points Series will begin October 3rd and run through December 19th.

http://www.rctech.net/forum/racing-f...16-2012-a.html looks like an awesome format to 24hour racing that is going on now... idk if i could do 24 hours, but a 12 would be cool.

With summer being officially over, I'm going to retire this thread and start a Wednesday racing thread with no dates so it can keep going.
Thanks,
