Everyone needs to bring out their cars! It definetly helps cure the off-road racing itch.

Thumbs up Fun in the sun!!

THANKS!!!!

To all who braved the hot weather and raced today. The racing was definitely fun!! Hope it's about 10 degrees cooler next week.

A special thanks goes to Josh Duncan and Tony Price for helping me tear down, much appreciated!!

**Next week we are changing the entry fee, $10 for all the classes you want to run. PLEXSpec is still $5 but, if you want to run another class, it's only $10 total.

Thanks again guys,

Tim Ski

Well, with a big pile of steel on the parking lot, it looks like no racing Sunday.

We could do "outlaw" parking lot racing like WAY back in the day. Just show up at some large lot and do it.

We had no track in Kearney but got 20 car counts at midnight in the back lot of a mall parking lot in the late 80's/early 90's.

Plow disc and garden hose track - swept and sugar coated!

We started when the last movie in the mall theatre was done. Raced til 3am or so!

Even though we had no official permission Mall security loved us because they had NO trouble in the back lot when we were around which was not the case otherwise.

The local PD would show up and watch and sometimes give us radar readings too!

I remember 38mph. being the top speed one night. This was 1400SCR days when a 14turn was a hot wind.

Parking lot racing brings back good memories!

Default Mall parking lot races

I think I'd be in for this. Sounds like fun.

Still Fun for me! The "work" part is keeping the boys cars running.

Default WHO IS GOIN TO RACE?????

Realy upsetting, tim setup the track n only 2 racers n one person to watch, showed up. I thought u racers wanted to race, tim is workin hard to make this happen. N hell i am driving 90 miles n spending 35 in gas alone. this makes me at times want to quit cause i could use the money that i spend on rc on alot of other things. Lets sound off who is goin to show up n race, so tim don't waste his time n energy, n i don't either. >: )~
