this year we have the honor of raising money for http://www.palmerhome.org the kids from palmer home for children will be with us on race day. race date will be sat may 14 the location for this race is also a special place http://www.fillinstationgrille.com/home.htmlthe fillin station has offer to let us hold our race there, the asphlt is very smooth and is next to southern thunder harley davidson at church and 55 in southaven ms. we should have plenty of spectators to see what we do. a flyer will be coming in the next few days. any questions please ask .

So the charity race needs to be changed from April 16 to May 14 on the schedule?
Questions: Will the track be set-up at the Filling Station on Saturday then moved to Mid-South Hobbies for the race on Sunday?
Could we race at the Filling Station on Sunday?

Talked to bobby yesterday and he told me we could leave the track set up for both days if club wanted to . Might as well, if the surface is as nice as he made it out to be we would be crazy not to.

the guy that owns the fillin station grill was very impressed with our web site (thanks tim) and what we do. i have a meeting set with him on monday to finalize everything and i will ask if we can leave the track for sunday as well.

motel info these two motel's are only about 1 or 2 min's away from fillin station grill. they have gave MSRA a great deal on rooms, you must call to get the deal, don't book on line room rates for MSRA king room 50 double room 60 with no charge for extra people. these are very nice motels in a safe area. www.magnoliainnsuites.com www.keywestinn.net
