Hey,
This is unrelated but Im wondering if you have upgraded your pinion and idler gears? I upgraded both so I could upgrade to a 3s battery. Now I have stripped the teeth on my idler gear. Have you done this or heard of this? Im afraid if I put in the new idler gear again then it will get stripped again. I don't know if I have a setting wrong but I haven't read anything thus far to state that I need to readjust anything.
Thanks
Tyler

How tight are you making the adjustment nut. If it is too loose you will go through them quicker. I have yet to replace mine, but mine is cranked down all the way almost. I saw a few people use leather or cork gasket material from auto parts store. There are YouTube videos on both.
