Yup, creates a lot of stress on the drivetrain and bearings. Some wood puddy and a 1/8 scale tire balancer can take care of that issue.

Spot on Response. I think mine are unbalanced due to cleaning my RC with Water and water getting into the wheel vent holes. I just had two sets of DE Racing Rims show up. Im Building a set for the Nero and Kraton soon as i decide on tires. The Kraton will get Badlands. Not sure about the Nero yet.

I bought badlands for my nero, dont like them at all, they are too small and car tips over more easily and mid air controll isnt as good as with the stock ones.

In that case you could make some small 2mm holes with a hole punch for leather belts, or a hot nail in the tires.
When you throtle it, the water will sling out of the holes due to the centrifucal force.

I have been running a set of there tires all summer and they are worn down but have been great.
Some have said that the rims crack and 1 of mine did, but i tire glued it and its been fine.
The only thing i can say is they are heavy....
But they don't grow and are super nice on a truggy application

Question: I have an old original Associated SC8e with Castle 2200 motor and the Monster ESC. I want to keep the motor, but upgrade the ESC for 5S or 6S. Would an Arrma ESC from the Nero, Kraton, Typhon und co mount right up with the wires from the Castle motor? From what I can tell the Castle motors don't fit with my Hobbywing ESC's...

I ask here because I see a lot of Arrma cars being chopped on ebay.. So looking for a deal.

I would say yes that will work.
However I have noticed some motors don't like a different brand ESC..
Look around on ebay you can get the Hobby King ESC thats 6s and its not that bad money wise..
