I see I saw the trucks in two different shops. I can’t compare them but I think I’m making my decision I’m opting for the ss4.6 since I didn’t find some one saying some thing about the cen genesis

k with all the good things you people are saying and every one else in this forum are sayingi decided... i put my order in for the 4.6 and a 3 ch/ radio + the reverse thing.

one more question what would be the best susspension/shock upgrate for doing jumps (when i say jumps i mean HUGE JUMPS)?\

mabee more than one question. the reverse thing does that make the car any slower in forward (i know you need another servo for it).

Thank You!

P.S. what shock oil should i use (associated...) and what weight (20 wt, 30 wt...) and how much to buy and how long will it last (how much do you use in one shock and how often do you change it?)?

hey man.....i think you already posted this on another post....and i answered it but watever.........if your going to upgrade your shocks i say upgrade them to the HPI hop up shocks....they are your best bang for the buck.....for shock oil...you only need one tube to fill all 8..you will prob have sum left over if you dont have to redo any shocks if you screw up.....i would go with 35 weight if your doing sum major jumping.....oooo and no the reverse wont slow you down at all.....it just adds sum more weight to the truck...the module and the servo...so in theory it may a little because of the weight...not noticeable though

will the 35wt. shock oil also work for just road and backyard/park fun or just for jumping. and 1 oz. of oil will fill all 8???

i had the original RTR Savage 25 and it was a great truck. I sold it and a year later decided to buy the CEN. It is about a month old now and it rocks! it is absolutely huge and the engine is outstanding. True, it is a beast and weighs a ton, but i just run it in fields and the street. And it it looks great. Can't be much of a help, but when it was time for me to choose, i chose the Genesis because of its look and its size

Basically the savage is the same size as the t-maxx, so it would be considered a 1/10 mt

The dimensions are close but the savage is 21"x16.8" and the tmaxx is 19"x16" and everything you read about the savage says its 1/8 scale.
