I am wondering how often do you change your One way bearing? I have had mine in there for awhile now and it sometimes slips when I try to start my engine. I have cleaned it and sanded it a few times. I am wondering how long do they usually last before its best to just replace it

For me it varied quite a bit between manufacturers. Traxxas it seemed like I was replacing them after about 3 gallons, sometimes less. It was frequent enough that I always kept a spare in the pitbox. Since it's starting to give you trouble replace it and keep the old one in the pitbox. It handy if yours ever goes as you'll have a spare and won't have to end your day early. I've had to replace others but they seemed to make it a bit further.

I don't think there is a magic number. I've had some go quick and others last for about 2 cases of fuel. Maintenance required of course.
