Default cc 1520 or cc xo1 1717

Guys I'm not sure what to do...I have been running a cc 1520 in my lst xxl and LOVE IT!! Of on 6s. But recently I started a new build of the same truck for my father. And of course I couldn't find a cc 1520 anywhere so I bought a cc 1717 1650kv motor. for my Dads build.
Now im thinking maybe I should sell my 1520 and get a 1717 also???

What should I do? please only those who have run both with feed back

Well if you're asking me, sell the 1520 and get a leopard 4092 cos that motor will eat both motors for breakfast..trust me I've had both motors and swear by the 4092..it's half the price of the 1717 and more powerfull. Try and get either the 1390 or lower and gear it up

I've had both the 1520 and the green 1717. The 1717 has more torque and will accelerate faster than the 1520. The 1520 does have a different feel though and it feels like it responds a little faster, just a little bit snappier. I liked my 1520 a lot, especially in my old truggy but I prefer the 1717 in my LST.

Btw the green and the black xo-1 1717's are very similar but the xo-1 version is an updated design and is more efficient.
