i just looked at the hpi truck and I think that it is built for some major speed. But I find one drawback to the truck. It is those long, but little in thickness shocks. I just find it that they could have done something different with the shocks, but otherwise bad truck HPI.

Thats what I was thinking. It's not a "top secret" truck if everyone knows about it!

Tony,
That thing looks killer
Don't think we'll be needing a chassis, the one it's got looks fine. Are those shock reservoirs plastic?

I can't wait.

Gettin rid of the Tmaxx?

The prototype does has plastic piggybacks, no word yet on what the final truck will have.

Well, I can attest that Reedy's motors will handle MORE than 7 cells each....

I doubt you will sede an electric version of the BFT, its just to heavy. Look what happens when you make a heavy E-Maxx, they just dont perform well. Standard electric motors werent design to move 12lb vehicles around.

heh heh, Kerry.

You could do up a chassis that is light enough to get the truck moving. Look at Xtreme's chassis. I have that thing on my E and it's pretty wicked fast. But it would have to be really light. I'm sure HC could come up with some wild, totally milled piece of machinery....

The HPI truck does look good. Did I read wrong, or is reverse an option?

I will go with the Big F***ing Truck!
