Is Tower Hobbies Servo Shorter?
Hi, I recently bought the Tower Hobbies servo to replace the steering servo on my LST XXL but the new servo I got is shorter? Isn't this Tower Hobbies servo is a rebadged Hitec servo?

Yes, the TS-170 / CS-170 is built by Hi-Tec for Hobbico. It's basically a re-branded 7955TG.
I've replaced RTR servos with HiTec, and JR. In both cases, the RTR servo was physically larger, like in your photo.
No need to worry, just install and go.....

Tried installing the servo and it doesn't fit good. Could break very quickly
I wonder how other guys fit their 7955 and 5955..
