theres tons dude.
a-arms
shock towers
new shocks
chassis braces
skid plates
all types of aluminum stuff
the best upgrade though, is a new motor. more power, more speed, more...better!
You could go for looks to, and do a new body and rims and tires.

I'd always start with Bash plates hte center bashplate is a must.
Next, I'd look at a servo upgrade (I didn't for my E-maxx but then again I was breaking things all over the truck. If you have had it this long without doing damage then Servo is a sencible performance improve.
Next... Well what suites you? do you want it tought? then alloy end to end, arms shock towers bulkheads rims you name it and they make it in alloy.
What brand? well it depends. i have had some good GPM parts and some Excelent Hardcore parts but hardcore are damned pricie.
I have been unimpressed with powerline parts but hey, that is me.
So what do you want to do? and what do you want to make your truck into?
