Default Hpi savage new engine......

I just ordered a Lrp .32 for my savage and it will be here tomorrow.... I have heard not to run the stock hpi pipe with it........anyone have any good brands/models I could run With it?
I have the tuned pipe from hpi (the one on the k5.9) will this one work for now?
Thanks

I ran an ERCM pipe on my ERCM picco .28. It gave about a 5% power gain over the 086 pipe but everyone around hated me cause it is LOUD!!

If you can pick up a CEN 7.7 pipe, that'll really help the 5.9 temp wise. Sound sweet too.

Looking foward to see it run, are you going to upload any videos? I'm thinking of getting this for my Savage.

Loud you say? I like. Does it sound like a Werks 2058? Because I LOVE how that pipe sounds and I was going to pick two of them up for my truggy and savage.

Yes the ercm 221T is a loud pipe. At least 3X as loud as the stock K5.9. Some of my neighbors hate it but I really don't care. It is definitely worth the money IMO.

You need ear plugs to stand next to it. It makes your ears ring.

Yea I'll post a video! I'm gonna start the break in this weekend and hopefully get a good bashing video soon!
I've heard a lot of good things about the engine so I'm hoping it's a monster
