steering servo stripped AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!
well i was outside running my t maxx and everything is going good. i was jumping my ditches in the front yard and sometimes the front of the truck would hit the face of the ditch. well then my steering started acting up. i could only turn to the right. so i drove it some more trying to run the fuel out, and it wont steer. i can hear a high pitch whinning noise just like last time the exact same thing happened a few months ago. im sure the gears inside are all broke and stripped! its a traxxas 2075 servo. instead of getting another, again, im going to get the savox sc-0251 222oz-in of torque metal gear servo!!!!!!!! the traxxas 2075 is a good throttle/brake servo, but for steering the big wheels on a t maxx and my truck weighing in at 14lbs. it cant handle it!

this one may be better
http://www.ebay.com/itm/Savox-SC1256...item5ae640c312
this has more torque and speed and doesnt have metal gears it has titanium gears which are stronger so this will work better and last A LOT longer
hope this helps even though there wasnt really a question

yeah that is probably exactly why you keep stripping it the servo saver helps the servo not to flex to far over from its stopping point, which is why when there is to much force (after landing on the front end of the car off a jump while wheels are turned or if your car flips and yanks the front wheels one way) the servo saver flexes taking the stress off the servo you could still break any servo (some may be harder then others) depending on how hard you hit, you should install a servo saver and this will make any servo last longer

How don't you have a servo saver? Is it just like a original one from the older maxx trucks?
When you get a new servo saver, buy two new tmaxx ones and put the part with the spring on each side. It takes a lot of wobble out of the steering.
