Default pinion size for emaxx 3906 - second opinions

Hey guys. Just picked up a used 150a ESC/2000KV 4-pole combo (turnigy). It doesn't come with a pinion, and I am curious as to what a good starting size would be. Things about my truck:

72T Spur (stock is 66t spur and 18t on the twin 550s)
Running 4s lipo
mostly backyard (medium grass) racing and some deep woods stuff
stock wheels/tires

I am looking for a decent all-around setup, so I am thinking maybe a 19T pinion? What do the pros think?

Im thinking a 21-23t pinion would be good. I think a 19t will be a little slow.
