Default leaky carb during break in

My carb has been leaking during the engine break in and I was wondering if this was normal. I tightened the high speed needle holder and made sure fuel lines wernt torn. Is this normal during break in?

It seems like the fuel is being sprayed into the air filter tubing and it is seeping out of the air filter tube
