Default E-Revo BL with Tekno Carriers DriveShaft question.

Curious if anyone has come up with a solution for the failing drive-shafts on the E-Revo with the MMM. Im running a MMM conversion on a 3.3 chassis and i have Tekno axle carriers and the Tekno 17mm hubs with the 8mm stub axle.

I would love to beef up the drive shafts and just not have problems with them. I did build a hybrid shaft if you will mixing the chassis side of the Summit Shaft and the Revo outer shaft so i could swap out for the 8mm stub axle.

Last night i blew out the cup on the summit end of the shaft, tore it right open.

I really like the Traxxas CVD kit but they use a fixed stub axle that wont work with the Tekno hubs.

I tried a couple times to get the bushing fix done on the Traxxas 17mm hubs but they never stuck.

Anyone come up with a solution for this? Stock shafts are cheap enough to just replace when they break but they are a pain to replace if they break a couple times in a night...

Default

Running a 2200kv MMM combo on a Hyperion 35C 5s lipo.
Broke the shaft on the street with HPI phat-lines so im not going to say im surprised something broke i'm just surprised it was the beefy end of the driveshaft. Few weeks back i tore a yoke out of the front drive shaft as well. FWIW my plan for this truck was to go 4s but i got a hell of a deal on 4 of these hyperions.
