I have one and its is BY FAR the coolest looking car i have ever owned. The only problem is if you eff the body up its not easy getting another one.

It is quite possibly the fastest, and coolest Nitro 2WD stadium truck on the block, you can even put the battery box in the chassis rather than on the back.
The Jato is a mean bit of kit! and im sure it will put a huge grin on your face!!
However, its a serious jump in the deep end for a relative newcomer to the hobby.

But, for the price you pay for an e-revo, batteries, and a charger you can build a bad to the bone jato. I had them both and i think the jato is way more fun. I feel like nitro is more fun when bashing and it also turns more heads. People who are not familiar with rc are astonished when they see a nitro car. I think they are good for the hobby when driven in public.
I get what you're saying about the nitro aspect of the Jato, but people should never get a car for attention from other people. Get the car YOU like not the car other people may like.

Thanks dad! I love the words of wisdom!

If i was really concerned about what people think i wouldnt be playing with rc cars.

"I think its good for the hobby"

People learn that rc cars go beyond radio shack.

i don't think i will get the rally car. i got way too many cars now that i have never driven. time to stop buying and start planning where and when to run them.
