True to a point.... my brothers buddy had some stupid color changing near washer sprayers on his car and lived up off Smith and got pulled over with a warning the cop said solid color neons are fine so he did switch it then a week later got pulled over a again and got a ticket......wtf lol O well neons should only be on when your parked at a show or car get together.

Kershaw Designs has some reasonably priced 1/8 BL kits for like $114. I just got one of there 1/10 kits for my txt a lil wile back and so far I'm impressed. That and Dan(the president) is really good as far as communication and customer support.http://204.186.93.64/BrushlessMotorSystems-Gen2.htm
