Use the "Search" feature before asking this question for the 18923949530 time.

Nobody can tell you what to get, do some research on your own and decide according to what "YOU" like.

Wow man....sounds like someone needs to switch to decaf! The guy is just looking for some opinions.

I say the Traxxas E-Maxx is a great basher.....brushed or brushless, depends how many benjamins you want to let go. Good RTR trucks, easy to get to having some fun.

That is great. I had a few kids and got out of RC for a while. Now my oldest son is 4, and he likes driving his truck! I gave him my old Losi XXX-T. I got back into it again since he likes it. Decide if you want gas or electric, that will cut down your selections. Then figure the budget. And, go from there............

I would go to whatever track you plan on racing at and see what classes are being ran. Monster Truck may or may not have a class. If you're set on a Monster Truck, I would look into a Savage, Revo, or the Losi. All three offer great parts support and customer service.

1/8 buggies are pretty wicked bashers, too.

ThunderbirdJunkie owns two Savages because he likes the Savage the best. The XXL is another great truck.

The T-maxx...not so much. Revo is OK.

Savage X 4.6 is ThunderbirdJunkie's pick.
